Our Terms of Business are provided on the commencement of any assignment, or can be supplied by request.

 

 

 

 

It is both illegal and unethical to receive payment for services from both candidates and clients at the same time, so the only payment received from Outplacement is from a candidate or the candidate's current employer.

This may happen in one of two ways:

Private/ Individual outplacement

This can be negotiated on an hourly rate or a total fee and will provide all the services needed to give an individual the support, initially and ongoing, required to give them an entry into the job market.

An abridged version of private outplacement is available as our Recover programme

Corporate outplacement

.31.71 will put together a programme covering individual needs combining personal one to one sessions and follow up telephone support at any location required.

A variety of outplacement modules are available but will only be suggested after the initial consultation.

Recover is a five step, programme designed to understand a candidates position and potential in the current job market, then convert it into applications, interviews and offers.

Step One: A conversation. We will question your situation - how you got to where you are now, and find the first threads of your solution. If possible, we will meet face to face.

Step Two: You will provide us with your current, or most recent, CV. We will discuss its content and your objectives. If necessary we will advise you of changes in content, emphasis and layout. We will work on your new CV till we are both satisfied. The purpose of the changes are to give you a document and a template that represent you fully.

Step Three: Based on steps 1 and 2. We will produce a strategy, or possibly a number of strategies, designed to get you, your desired position. Where appropriate, we will introduce you to our clients.

Step Four: As a follow on to Step 3 , we will provide comprehensive, effective, and proven, interview training, either generic or for a specific interview.

Step Five: This will comprise of additional mentoring in the four weeks following the start of the programme up to a maximum of 4 hours.

Charges: The charge for Recover is £250 + VAT. Should you be placed with a client of .31.71 following our introduction then a fee will be paid by that client, and in turn the £250 + VAT will be refunded.
